Payment information: when you purchase a session or service, payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Scheduling information: when you book a session, scheduling is handled through Calendly, which collects your name, email, and selected time. Usage information: like most websites, we may collect basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited, and referring pages through cookies and analytics tools, to understand how the site is used and improve it.
We use your information to provide our services — including running your writing sessions and producing your book — to process payments, schedule and confirm appointments, respond to your inquiries, send information you've requested, and improve our website and services. If you've purchased from us or asked to hear from us, we may email you about your project or our services; you can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
The personal stories, recordings, drafts, and materials you share with us in the course of writing your book are treated as confidential. We do not use them for marketing, share them publicly, or disclose them to anyone outside the team working on your project without your permission.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Webflow (website hosting), and Zoom (video sessions) — each of which handles your data under its own privacy policy, and only as needed to provide their service to us.
